Missing Employee Setup Data / Blank Screen

If an Employee Setup record is an empty page, as pictured below, the problem is likely related to Internet Explorer's Compatibility View

With Compatibility View enabled for our site, you may see a page
similar to this when clicking an employee name
Compatibility View in Internet Explorer should be turned off for TimeWorksPlus. Follow these steps to disable that feature for our site:
  1. In Internet Explorer, click the Settings menu (gear icon) and select Compatibility View.

Compatibility View Settings are found in
the Settings Menu of Internet Explorer
  1. Locate the TimeWorksPlus domain in the listed websites and click it.

Remove the timekeeping domain from
the list of sites viewed in Compatibility Mode
  1. Click the Remove button.
The page should now load normally.
