FAQ: Employee Receives "Location is not authorized" Error on WebClock

If an employee attempts to clock in via the WebClock and sees the following error message
 

 
it is because the account has been setup with an IP filter that restricts employees punches to designated IP addresses.
 
To resolve this, either the employee needs to punch from a computer using one of the authorized IP addresses or, the account's IP filter settings need to be adjusted.
