FAQ: Can an employee clock in/out with TimeWorksMobile Offline?

Unfortunately the Mobile App does not allow for offline use. To make use the application you will need internet access either through your cell phone provider or wifi.

Attempting to use the app to make a punch without internet service will result in the below error message:

"TimeWorks Mobile was unable to submit your request. Please verify you have access to the internet and try again."

One can easily replicate this by putting your phone with the app installed into Airplane mode and trying to make a punch using the application.
