Reporting Overtime on Labor Report

To report on Overtime hours use the Labor Report by:
  1. Going to Reports Menu > Labor Report.
  2. Select the Pay Period and Employees you want to report on and press the "Continue" button.
  3. Check "Hours" in the Select Amounts section.
  4. From here, ensure you select "Category" in the "Select Additional Fields (Property Fields)" area.
  5.  At the bottom, in the "Select Breakdown & Filter Options (Selected Fields)" area, select the "Show All" drop down, and select "Overtime."
  6. Next select all other information you want to report on, then select "Run Report".
 
Note that categories will only show in the drop down if an employee has hours in that category for the period run.
