Client Lockout

It is possible to lock a client out of their timekeeping account. The account will still collect punches from the employees, but supervisors and managers will be unable to login.

InTimeWorks this is found in the Accountant Menu under Client Management Tools. There is a feature called Lockout Client. By entering text in the Lockout Message: field and then clicking submit it automatically locks the site from the clients use and if they try to login they will receive the message you put in the box.

In most cases the message would be along the lines of "Please contact Us at Ph: 000-000-0000 to unlock this account." so that the client can call and make arrangements to re-gain access.

To restore access just delete the message and click submit and that should allow the client access again.
