Clock Warranty

The limited lifetime warranty applies only to merchandise purchased from, and only from, SwipeClock.

The warranty excludes:
  • Schlage HandPunch Products1
  • Swipe cards
  • Proximity cards
  • Key fobs
  • Items that have been discontinued from the SwipeClock line of products
In basic terms, barring physical damage, if the clock is found to be defective, we will offer a new or refurbished replacement at our discretion.

VoiceClock

Our stand-alone VoiceClock has a limited lifetime warranty. There is software on the VoiceClock that allows us to troubleshoot the VoiceClock remotely. So, it will be possible for a technician to decide if you need a new VoiceClock, before we receive it back.
